Delivery Policy

UK Delivery

• Fully tracked with a signature required on delivery

International Delivery

• DHL Express / FedEx / UPS (depending on destination)
• Fully insured and tracked
• Delivery times vary by location (typically 3–7 working days)
• International shipping rates will be calculated at checkout

2. Handling & Dispatch

• Orders are typically dispatched within 1–2 working days of cleared payment
• You will receive tracking details as soon as your order is shipped
• Some items may require additional time for security checks or authentication — in these cases, you will be contacted directly

3. Delivery Address

• Deliveries must be made to the billing address unless otherwise agreed
• For high-value items, we may request additional ID verification or restrict delivery to verified addresses only
• We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes or forwarding services

4. Insurance

All items are shipped fully insured against loss, theft, or damage in transit. Insurance coverage is valid until the item is signed for at the delivery address.

5. Missed or Delayed Deliveries

If you're not home at the time of delivery, a re-delivery or collection may be arranged via the courier.
We are not responsible for delays caused by courier networks, customs clearance, or incorrect delivery information.

6. Click & Collect / In-Store Pickup

You can choose to collect your item from our store. We will notify you once your item is ready for collection and may require valid photo ID upon pickup.

7. International Taxes & Duties

International orders may be subject to local taxes, duties, or customs charges upon arrival. These costs are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the purchase or shipping price.
