- **Estimated time**: 1–3 working days after dispatch

- Fully tracked with a signature required on delivery



**International Delivery**




- **DHL Express / FedEx / UPS** (depending on destination)

- Fully insured and tracked

- Delivery times vary by location (typically 3–7 working days)

- International shipping rates will be calculated at checkout



**2. Handling & Dispatch**




- Orders are typically dispatched within **1–2 working days** of cleared payment

- You will receive tracking details as soon as your order is shipped

- Some items may require additional time for security checks or authentication — in these cases, you will be contacted directly



**3. Delivery Address**




- Deliveries must be made to the **billing address** unless otherwise agreed

- For high-value items, we may request **additional ID verification** or restrict delivery to verified addresses only

- We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes or forwarding services



**4. Insurance**


All items are shipped **fully insured** against loss, theft, or damage in transit. Insurance coverage is valid **until the item is signed for** at the delivery address.


**5. Missed or Delayed Deliveries**


If you're not home at the time of delivery, a re-delivery or collection may be arranged via the courier.
We are not responsible for delays caused by courier networks, customs clearance, or incorrect delivery information.


**6. Click & Collect / In-Store Pickup**


You can choose to collect your item from our store. We will notify you once your item is ready for collection and may require valid photo ID upon pickup.


**7. International Taxes & Duties**


International orders may be subject to local taxes, duties, or customs charges upon arrival. These costs are the **responsibility of the buyer** and are not included in the purchase or shipping price.
